THETADRUM.IT: HOW WE MANAGE ONLINE SALES

The sale on the Thetadrum.it website (distance contract) is regulated by art. 50 ff. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), as well as by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 (so-called Law on Electronic Commerce). The purchase of products is intended for consumers.

These Conditions of Sale regulate the relationship between the Customer and Thetadrum.it for the purchase of products.

The Customer is required to carefully read the Conditions of Sale that Thetadrum.it makes available to Thetadrum.it also in order to allow the reproduction and storage of the above mentioned conditions in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003.

All duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Policy and Instructions on Returns and Refunds

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his or her purchase, the purchased products may be returned in whole or in part, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Please note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

To request authorization to return you must send an email to indicating your name and surname, a valid telephone number, order number and that you wish to make a partial or total return. Upon receipt of a positive outcome to the above mentioned request for withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the products at his own expense within and no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance by the return office via email.

The return of any item will be accepted, provided it is intact and in its original undamaged or equivalent packaging, accompanied by the corresponding invoice and/or receipt. The administration will refund the order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The refund will include any transport costs incurred at the time of purchase. However, Thetadrum.it reserves the right to exclude shipping costs from the refund if an unconventional delivery method has been specifically requested (e.g. express courier). It is up to the purchaser to pay the costs of returning the goods to Thetadrum.it.

The buyer will be notified by email of the refund made. In the event that the returned order has been paid by PayPal, or Credit Card using the PayPal circuit, the refund will be made directly through the PayPal channel. If the returned order was paid by Bank Transfer, the refund will be made at the coordinates indicated in the “Ordering” field during the payment of the order. The bank details to which the refund bank transfer should be made must be indicated in the return request email sent to .

In case of damage during the transport of the returned goods, Thetadrum.it will inform the Customer of the event (within one working day after receipt of the goods at its premises), to allow him/her to make a timely complaint against the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned with shipping costs borne by the Customer and the request for withdrawal will be considered null and void.

Thetadrum.it is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Upon receipt of the goods by Thetadrum.it, the product will be examined to assess any damage not resulting from transport. The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited:
a) for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods;
b) in cases where Thetadrum.it ascertains the lack of any accessories or damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
c) for exceeding the time limits provided for by law for causes not deriving from Thetadrum.it .

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Thetadrum.it will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping costs. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling shall apply.

ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)

The European Union, with regulation n.524/13, has established this service for the out-of-court settlement (i.e. outside the courtrooms) of disputes between consumer and seller arising from online purchases made exclusively in Europe. The platform became operational on 15 February 2016.

The legislator’s objective was to make the use of out-of-court resolution faster and more accessible, therefore without the need for legal assistance, by proposing a friendly platform with two distinct paths, both for the consumer user and the seller user. Disputes must be resolved within a maximum period of 90 days.
